1. Welchs Homes does not have an age restriction on any of its holiday homes, as long as your holiday home is kept in good condition and you are following the park rules you can keep it on the holiday park for as long as you like.
2. Council Tax is not payable on your Holiday home and the quoted site fee includes an element of business and water rates.
3. You can buy with confidence from Welchs Homes as we belong to the two governing bodies associated with the Caravan Industry - The National Caravan Council and the British Homes and Holiday Parks Association.
4. Finance is available on the purchase of our holiday homes (subject to status and deposit criteria). We are able to suggest a range of finance packages tailored to meet your individual needs.
5. We offer a bespoke service in conjunction with our manufacturer to enable you to tailor design your holiday home to meet specific requirements and can add balconies/patio areas to make the very best of their surroundings.
